Privacy policy
Last updated: May 27, 2026.
This privacy policy explains how Swayze, LLC, doing business as The Spend Report, collects, uses, and shares information about visitors to thespendreport.com.
Information we collect
Information you provide. Email addresses you submit through forms, quizzes, calculators, and lead magnet downloads. Quiz answers, calculator inputs, and any additional information you choose to include.
Information we collect automatically. Pages visited, traffic source, UTM parameters, device type, and approximate location. Some of this data is collected via standard ad-platform pixels (Meta, Google) and forwarded server-side via conversion APIs for ad measurement.
How we use information
To deliver content you request, send you our newsletter, improve the publication, measure ad performance, and route qualified inquiries to vetted partner agencies.
How we share information
We share submission data with vetted partner agencies when a submission matches the partner's audience criteria. Partner agencies receive your email, your quiz or calculator answers, and the source page; they do not receive any other browsing history.
We use service providers for hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), and analytics. These providers process data on our behalf under contract.
We share aggregate, anonymized data with advertising platforms (Meta, Google) to measure ad performance. This data does not identify individual readers in human-readable form.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from any newsletter or transactional email via the link at the bottom of every message. Request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by emailing privacy@thespendreport.com. California, EEA, UK, and other applicable residents have additional rights under local law; the same email address is the intake point for those requests.
Cookies and tracking
We use first-party cookies for session state, A/B variant assignment, and attribution. We use third-party cookies and pixels from Meta and Google for ad measurement. You can opt out of third-party tracking via your browser settings or via each platform's opt-out controls.
Children
The publication is written for adult business operators. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices change. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
